The parts of a conditional statement are hypothesis and conclusion.
1. Conditional statement contains two parts. The parts are hypothesis and conclusion respectively and both are interconnected.
2. If the hypothesis is true the conclusion will also be true. It is denoted as if the hypothesis stands to be true, the conclusion will be true as well.
3. Conditional statement stands to be a ' biconditional' statement.
4. These statements are used in C, C++. Computer programming language requires such a biconditional statement.
5. An example of conditional statements is- If you don't wake up at the time, you will be late.
