Permanent cyclones are also called as Temperate Cyclones.
The term temperate cyclone is interchangeably used to denote moving cyclones , which develops in region between 30° & 60° north and south latitude in both hemisphere .
Much of the highly variable & Cloudy weather in temperate zone is direct result of this travelling cyclones , so called temperate cyclone.
It is in these latitude zone that the polar and tropical air masses meet and form polar fronts , most of these cyclone form wavelike twist(wave cyclone) & shown on map as low pressure area enclosed by a number of isobar circular or elliptical in shape (low depression).
