The project manager is the head of the project team and have one target :

to complete the project in time and within the budget.

He also has to oversee the progress ,carry out the work of the project for the purpose of meeting the project’s schedule and objectives.

Every project has three phases viz. beginning, a middle period during which activities move the project toward completion, and an ending .
