1st Phase is concerned with studying the Grid as a theoretical knowledge to understand the human behaviour in the organisation .

2nd phase is concerned with teamwork development a seminar helps the member in developing each members perception and the insight into the problems faced by various member on job.

3rd phase is inter group development this phase aims out developing the relationship between different departments .

4th is concerned with a patient of a strategic models for the organisation where chief executives and their immediate subordinates participate in this activity.

5th is concerned with implementation of strategic model planning teams are formed For each Department to know the available resources required resources procuring them if required and implementing the models .

6th phase is concerned with the critical evaluation of the models and making necessary adjustments for successful implementation.
