Explanation:

physical properties of metal :

  • metals are shiny= Means metals have a shiny material ..
  • metals are lustrous
  • metals are malleable = they can be hammered into thin sheets
  • they are ductile= they can be drawn into thin wires
  • they are sonorous r they produces a sound when struck hard
  • metals are good conductor of heat and electricity.
  • Ex = Mercury, gold, silver etc..

Physical properties of nonmetals :

  • non metals are not shiny = they don't have a shiny material
  • they are non lustrous
  • they are brittle =they cannot be hammered into thin sheets
  • they are non ductile = they cannot be drawn into thin wires
  • they are non sonorous = they don't produces a sound when struck hard
  • they are poor conductor of heat and electricity except graphite
  • ex = carbon, bromine .. etc

thank you

hope it helps ❤️❤️

HEY MATE..

HERE'S UR ANSWER..

Physical Properties of metals :-

[1]. Metals are melleable.

[2]. Metals are ductile.

[3]. Metals conduct heat and electricity.

[4]. Metals are sonorus.

[5]. Metals are generally hard and they have high density.

[6]. Metals have high melting point.

[7]. Metals are lustrous.

Physical Properties of non-metals :-

[1]. Non-metals are neither ductile nor melleable , they are brittle.

[2]. Non-metals doesn't conduct electricity and heat.

[3]. Non-metals are non-lusturous.

[4]. Non-metals are not sonorus.

[5]. Non-metals are not hard and they have low density.

[6]. Non-metals have low melting point.
