first of all we get extreme deduction of calories like for dieting intake of calories reduced extremely sum of calories also know that we sometimes avoid the nutritious things thinking that they are very effective and affected to our body by facts like we reduce our calorie intake by 1800 calories a day which cannot meet all the nutritional requirements of an individual. now the second one I can say is restriction of some nutrients like during diet with specifically avoid to have more amount of carbohydrates like rice and potatoes different things but we must keep in mind that carbohydrates are always not fat providing they also helps in bodybuilding foods and help in body development smoothly .Then the third is skipping meals skipping near is is nearly have a infant if you have a good metabolic rate you can maintain or lose weight but sometimes we think that by fasting always keeping means we reduce our calories to a very very great extent which helps in reducing ave research studies also so if you skip one me you take the more calories during the work hours.
