Society is a web of relationships, we are not alone and the only society in this vast world with different castes, culture, tradition, religions, races, etc. These social relationships contact men and women with one another. The interpersonal relationships influence and mould the personality of the individual. In the society each individual has some peculiar status attached to it and roles corresponding to them. For a specific example, (Indian views) in a Hindu community, members of different castes and religions have different status attained in a society. Same goes for a society contains foreign people making statuses differ and arise the significance of plurality and inequality, making them feel inferior to the people with higher statuses, therefore, the role and functions are determined by what status has been given, by the society, making inequality and plurality amidst the community. This mechanism controls the behaviour of the individuals from different countries, religions, etc. Social control is further exercised by mores, traditions, myths, legends, customs, standards, facts, etc. which also determine the equality not given in a sufficient page.
