positive impacts : wind blows out weak fires and help to make strong fire flourished. That means the wind of circumstances attack weak minded person and supports and encourage strong minded person. So , wind is our friend and should be praised for making us strong.
Negative impact: wind break the shutter of the windows , scatter the papers , threw the books on the shelf., tear the pages and destroys the lives of man and animals
