12ky^2 + 8ky - 20 k

4k {3y^2 + 2y - 5}
4k {3y^2 - 3y + 5y - 5}
4k {3y(y-1) + 5(y-1)
4k {3y + 5 (y-1)

So,
Length = 4k
Breadth = 3y + 5
Height = y - 1

To Find : It's Dimensions

Factorising it :

12 ky²+7ky -20 k

= 4k(3y²+2y-5)

= 4k[y(3y+5)-1(3y+5)]

= 4k[(3y+5)(y-1)]

Length = 4k

Breadth = 3y+5

Height = y-1
