Hi , factorise 35y^2+13y-12
35y^2+28y-15y-13
7y(5y+4)-3(5y+4)
(7y-3)(5y+4)
one possible answer is length is equal to (7 y -3), breadth is equal to (5y+ 4) answer.

Given Area:

35y²+13y-12

To Find :

Length and Breadth

Solution :

Factorising 35y²+13y-12

[By mid term spilting]

35y²+13y-12

35y²+28y-25y-12

7y(5y+4)-3(5y+4)

(5y+4) (7y-3)

Length = 7y-3

Breadth = 5y+4
