 Let \: l,b \:and \: h \:are \: length ,\:breadth

 and\: height \: of \: a \: Cubiod \: respectively

 Volume \: of \: the \: Cuboid = 12y^{2}+8y-20

 \implies l\times b \times h = 4(3y^{2}+2y-5)

 \implies l\times b \times h = 4( 3y^{2}+3y-5y-5)

 = 4[ 3y(y+1)-5(y+1) ]

 = 4(y+1)(3y-5)

Therefore.,

 \green { l = 4 , \: b = y+1 , \:and \: h = (3y-5) }
