Firstly you should have a good score in 10+2(Science A Group).
You should done your Graduation from a Reputed College.
You should have a good knowledge in subjects especially Physics & Maths.
After atleast completing your B.Tech with a 8.5 CGP & SGP or up, you could directly apply for Internship.
We have direct campus placement from our college. So I have answered these question on that basis.
