The solution is a little difficult to enforce.Roads get bad for various reasons, no matter what it gets bad.

Reasons-:

• Rain and pathetic drainage system (thanks to municipal corporations).
• Digging of roads anywhere and everywhere for cables/ water connection without permission from municipal corporation (who are very honest and non corrupt) and leave the road half closed /half dug.
• High level of corruption when the tender for road construction is sent out. Only 10–20%of the money is spent on Tar/labour/cement. Rest 80% You know where it goes.

Maintenance and repairment of the road should be done timely..
Road should be maintained in that way water of rain, drain and rivers should not be gathered on road..
