the primary Purpose of government in an ideal world is to protect individual rights and freedom, in an ideal world , individual would use their rights and their freedom to establish a fair and just society based on a sound economy .
the real world is more complicated than the ideal world, of course which is why I believe it is naive to think that government can only have one purpose should always be ,in my view, to protect rights and freedom , but reality and human nature required government to develop additional purpose such as protecting such values as the rule of law, justice.and equal opportunity..
