the primary purpose of a government in an ideal world. They had three options: to protect individual rights and freedom, to ensure fairness and social justice, or to manage the economy.

the primary Purpose of government in an ideal world is to protect individual rights and freedom, in an ideal world , individual would use their rights and their freedom to establish a fair and just society based on a sound economy .

the real world is more complicated than the ideal world, of course which is why I believe it is naive to think that government can only have one purpose should always be ,in my view, to protect rights and freedom , but reality and human nature required government to develop additional purpose such as protecting such values as the rule of law, justice.and equal opportunity.. I hope this will help you
