Growth of population is necessary, but it should be under the limit, if the birth rate is higher than death rate, the government would have to do more of work like:

infrastructure facilities

public welfare

increasing economic activities

impose taxes

etc

also if the population increases rapidly, there will be more of unemployment, as it is now, less number of people would be educated.
