the major problem faced by the sickle cell anemia patient is, the transfer of Oxygen decreases to a low level and hence there is low O2 in blood hence the patient needs blood transfusion regularly.

This is not eliminated by the nature because it makes the body recessive to malaria and hence useful to humans especially to the people living in Africa where malaria is common .
