What are the problems of foundation on black Cotton soil

when the depth of clay layer is largerthe foundation should be prevented from coming in contact with the soil.in addition to this,the property of the soil as per reports have very poor bearing capacity rearing from5t/m2 to 10t/m2

Besides having various advantages of black soil there are various disadvantages of black soil. The reason for the problem of black soil is the problem that it cracks when it became dry in nature. Hence it becomes a lot of problems for the cultivation of the crops.

Besides this black soil lacks various organic Matter in the soil and also nitrogenous material in the soil. Hence cotton plant grows well in the black soil because it requires less nutrients to grow.
