Ethanoic acid + sodium carbonate --> Sodium ethanoate + sodium hydrogen carbonate 

CH3COOH + Na2CO3→CH3COONa + NaHCO3 

OR 

2 Ethanoic acid + sodium carbonate --> 2 sodium ethanoate + water + carbon dioxide 

2CH3COOH + Na2CO3→2CH3COONa + H2O + CO2
