Can u please tell why it is so that if we heat groundnut oil with caustic soda only soap is formed whereas when when we heat coconut oil with caustic soda soap and glycerol is formed?

Coconut oil(natural ester)+NaOH(caustic soda)------>Soap+Glycerol(an alcohol)
A small amount of sodium chloride is added to soap solution during its preaparation to previpitate out all the soap. This process is called salting out of soap.
