1》Value of a determinant remain unchanged if we

remain unchanged if weinterchange its rows and columns.

2》Sign of determinant change if we interchange any two rows or columns of that determinant.

3》Value of a determinant is zero

if its any two row or columns are identical.

4》If every element of a row or column is multiplied by a non zero scalar k,then value of determinant become k times .

5》lf every element of a row or column in determinant is given as sum of two or more elements, then this one determinant is equals to the sum of two or more determinants.
