Answer:

The pros: State leaders have complete control legally over the population and has the right to decide laws at will. The people will completely obey the heads of state for fear of harsh prison sentences and death.

The cons: The people are under dictatorial rule and have few freedoms. They are often ignorant and brainwashed. Any violation of state law could result in violent punishments including death and death of the entire family or imprisonment in a gulag like prison which will often include the entire family.

So basically, if you are a state leader or in very good standing with state leaders, life can be paradise. If you are not, life is very oppressive.

Pros: They’re really good for the people in power.

Cons: They aren’t as good for the bulk of the population.

That’s a glib answer, and I think it might be a mistake to lump all three countries together, but as a basic rule of political science, dictatorships have the advantage of efficiency over more representative governments (e.g. if Xi Jinping things China should plant more trees and close all the coal-fired power plants then that can happen today, essentially) . In theory, I would argue that the best form of government is a truly benevolent dictator; the only problem is that once a dictator

Flexible support where it's needed.

Pros :

1 - Dictatoships are usually more consistent in foreign policy due to the nature of power transition (which is hardly transitioning unless someone dies).

2 - If a country like those mentioned gets lucky and sees an intelligent, wise, sincere & powerul leader ascend to power, they will get to enjoy his rule for as long as he lives.

3 - You don't have to worry a lot about voting and elections because they're nonexistent (I don't think this is a pro but sometimes I’m f*cking lazy like that).

Cons : Almost everything else.

They are all the same. Rulers of any country can be as evil as demons unless if you could prove us that there is one single leader who can be followed as role model
