Illiterate people who used to become  victims of money lenders, now live a safe and secure life.People can take loan for education, house, cars etc. without much hassle and very high interest rate.4.Parks and Gardens-The parks and gardens provide a open space for children to play safely and people to take walk, exercise and have some recreational activities.It brings qualitative changes in people life.

Public facilities are those facilities which are available to all and are provided by the government, without any discrimination eg., healthcare and sanitation, electricity, public transport, schools and colleges, com-munication. In big cities most of the public facilities are available and people avail of the opportunities.

• Education : Government run schools are available for children of all ages. They are meant for both boys and girls. These schools do not charge any fees, there is provision of mid day meal and books.

• Transport: A well developed system of transport exists in most of the cities. Buses are available on all routes. In cities like Delhi, the Metros are available. To avoid traffic jams, flyovers are built in most part of the cities. Underground pathways are meant for pedestrians crossing the roads.

• Health facilities : Health centres, dispen saries and hospitals are available in all big cities. Special programmes like Pulse Polio has been launched by the government to eradicate Polio. Polio drops can be taken by the child till the age of five years.

• Road and Highways : To go anywhere easily in landways.
