The Qualifications of the Members of the Lok Sabha are---
1 He/She Must be an Indian Citizens.
2 He/She should be of at least 25 years of age or above.
3 He/ She Should not be Un-discharged solvent.
4 He/She Should not hold any office of Profit under the Government.
5 He/She should not be proclaimed Criminal.
6 He/she should not be of Unsound mind.
7 He/She should have his/her name in the electoral rolls in some parts of the Country.
The Qualifications of the Members of the Rajya Sabha are---
1 He/She Should be a Citizen of India.
2 He/She Should be of at least 30 years of age or above.
3 He/She should not be holding any office of profit under the Government.
4 He/She should not be of unsound Mind.
5 He/She should not be Undischarged solvent.
6 He/she Should not be Disqualified under any law of the Parliament.
7 He/She should have all the Qualifications as Prescribed by the Parliament
from time to time.
