Qualifications of President

He should be a citizen of India.

He should be 35 years of age at the time of election.

He should be an eligible voter and should be eligible for contesting elections to Lok Sabha.

He should not hold any office of profit under the central or State Government .If he holds such a post, his should vacate the post before seeking the electio.
