3.Shouldn't hold any office of profit under the government.

  • A person shall be eligible for election as president if he is a citizen of India.
  • A person shall be eligible for election as president if he has completed the age of thirty five years.
  • A person shall be eligible for election as president if he is qualified for election as a member of the Lok Sabha.
