According to article 316, it is stated that no less than one-half of the members of UPSC intend to be the individuals who have continued being in office for at best 10 years moreover under Government of India or Government of a State. A member of UPSC means to maintain the office for a period of 6 years from the day on which he goes in into the office or while waiting for being 65 years any of them is primitive. On condition that a member can give notice any time to President and will get uninvolved from his office.
