What are the reaction of the people when government decided to reserve 27% of seats for the backward classes?

some people will really appreciate it as all are equal before the law but some will get disappointed as the government is directly giving an increase of 27%

according to me if government decided to reserve 27% seats after this most of the people get angry because a lot of people belong to other classes are very talented but reservation system push them back to get jobs and this will be create a deep dig between them and this is not good for country.
