The main reason for the success of Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan was Unity between people. As we all was working together in the Abhiyan. So it
Becomes a big matter that resultEd in the good way.
We cannot say that it's totally succeed but yeah! It succeed at some points.
The government is also trying for this they are organising programmes and giving speeches to aware people.
