What are the reason why bank are not willing to land sudden borrow ? What value are denite by this approach

sudden lend borrow (loans) as we know are provided by the bank to the people who are in need of money at certain times but lending of money works on the principle of give and take policy the money given in the form of loans are the savings of another person so, when bank provides loans they need to get back the money with a little interest or sometimes huge interest back to the sabers or depositors and if the bank provides sudden borrow it will become difficult for the bank to return the money so that's why......
