Banks give loans to only those who have collateral so poor people are not able to get loans from the bank
Taking loans from banks is very frustrating and time consuming too
Many people are not aware regarding the paper works which is to be done for taking loans
Also bank facilities are not everywhere
So most people prefer to take loans from moneylenders

Banks are not willing to give loans to a certain borrowers as:-
1) they may not have a collateral
2) they may have loans which are left unpaid
The value depicted is unkindness. Banks without obeying the RBI gives loan only to rich households. They are not willing to help the small farmers and peasants.
