net sown area in arunachal pradesh , mirozom and manipur is low mainly due to the hilly and rock terrain.they also largely coverd by dense forest which will need to be cut to develop agriculture. Andaman and Nicobar Islands are covered by dense tropical forests and so net sown area is low.
