The reasons for doctors not accepting rural postings is the lack of infrastructure because, for better treatment,  it is necessary for providing better infrastructure with modern medical equipment. Absence of basic amenities and lack of staffs leads to apathetic among the doctors. Doctors want to live in a place where they feel comfortable with all the resources available to them to practice.
