evaporation of ocean water and formation of sea ice both increase salinity of the ocean however these salinity was increasing factors are continuely counterbalanced by protect that decrease salinity such as the continuous fresh water from rivers

Places of higher silanity there are parts if the oceans were hardly any rainfalls but warm dry finds causes lots of evaporation.This evaporation removes water - when water vapour rises into the atmosohere, it leaves the salt behind so that's why the oceans water was salinity.
