THE REASON THAT THE CONSTITUTION IS EFFECTIVE EVEN AT PRESENT TIMES IS THAT ALL THE THREE ORGANS OF THE GOVERNMENT ABIDE STRICTLY BY THE CONSTITUTION. THUS ALL THE PEOPLE OF INDIA HAS TO FOLLOW THE RULES AND SERIOUS ACTION WILL BE TAKEN FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT ABIDE BY THESE RULES.
