Seasonal unemployment can be seen highly in agricultural sector and industry whose work is based on seasons .These are mostly predictable and mostly ignored by men ,governments etc. Reasons are:
Less requirement of that particular skill
Changes in climatic conditions
Changes in preferences during certain period
Less need for manpower like during period of harvesting we see that labourers are more needed and in off-season less need.
