Answer

All the things that make earth different are all actually just contributors to the fact that it can sustain life, these factors are-

1.presence of the sun, stable and better energy source for multicellular life, no significant gamma and xray output, also its solar winds make boundary of solar system protecting against cosmic rays from outside

appropriate distance from sun

2.presence of carbon oxygen nitrogen and essential elements for life

3.abundance of liquid water bcos of necessary amounts of greenhouse gases to keep earth warm enough

4. presence of atmosphere with nitrogen abundance otherwise fires would be very difficult to stop

5. hot enough core for the presence of magnetic poles to attract solar particles from solar winds away from most earth towards poles

6. tilt of the earth and rotation and revolution making seasons and thus almost all area on earth is habitable
