Cricket career as a player is of short duration, na dif your career record is brilliant, there is a chance you might get coaching or Mentoring Assignments, and later Administrtative roles. But chances are less. In IAS, your inputs have to be faster and pace of growth also faster, but like a coconut tree ,it gives you returns for a life time. The choice is yours.
