What are the relations between the coefficients and nature of system of equations that determine if the pair of linear equations are consistent / inconsistent / dependent?

In the coefficient system the equation of ax1 + bx1 + c1=0 and ax2 + bx2 + c2=0 holds. Then the both pair of lines if gets intersected at one point in the graph for the linear equation and also algebraically a1/a2 not equal to b1/b2 then this pair of equation is termed as consistent.

Again, for the two pair of equations ax1 + bx1 + c1=0 and ax2 + bx2 + c2=0. If the two pairs of equation are parallel with each other and has no solution and also a1/a2=b1/b2 but not equal to c1/c2 then the pair of equation is said to be inconsistent.
