Suppose a big country (like India or China), we will see that in parts of the country there is less modernization and in some parts there is more modernization.

So parts with less modernisation there will less medical facilities like lack of good hospitals and less qualified doctors. And in more modernised parts, pollution is one of the most common factor of health hazards.

So to prevent this ,less modernised parts should have good hospitals and medical facilities and more modernised parts should practice pollution control.
