Software Requirements :

Hardware Requirements : Although you can run Android studio in 2 GB Ram but I highly recommend to use atleast 4 GB ram, and if you 8 GB ram, then it will be great experience.

Now for processing power, Intel core i3 clocked at nearly 2 GHz is enough to handle most normal android application, but if you are writing big apps, you'll need better processor like i5 or i7.

5 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BUILDING YOUR FIRST ANDROID APP:

1.You need to learn Java, there is no way around it

2.Android part encompasses learning XML for the app design, understanding concepts of Android and using said concepts programmatically with Java

3.Beginners should probably use an IDE (preferred Android Studio over Eclipse)
