people with disabilities (PWD) meet with various challenges, both in personal and professional life. These include social exclusion that prevents you from accessing the proper networks; not having easy access to education and training necessary to be job-ready. Erroneous assumptions made by employers, both consciously and unconsciously, too, result in discrimination based on ability to work.
the resources that are important for PWD to be successful in the world of work and social life are as follows:

People with disabilities must be given equal opportunities. the right to equality is a fundamental right and PWD are no exception.
- employment involvement
it must be ensured that PWD participate equally in any work-related activities.
- education and training
in accordance with the special requirements of PWD, they must be educated and trained in a manner that appeals to their sensibilities. this will enhance their performance in the future.
- sharing knowledge and being compassionate
we must remember to not discriminate with PWD. they might need some extra assistance but with a little help and kindness, they can do just as good as their fellow workers.
