Answer:

ok

Explanation:

A neutralization reaction is when an acid and a base react to form water and a salt and involves the combination of H+ ions and OH- ions to generate water. The neutralization of a strong acid and strong base has a pH equal to 7.

Answer:

When a acid and a base reacts with each other is known as neutralization. And during this chemical process they together form salt and water as their products.

Three types of salt are :

  • Acidic - FeCI₃ , ZnCl₂
  • Neutral - NaCl, KCl
  • Basic - CaCO₃ , NaOOCCH₃

Extra Information :-

  • Acidic salt - A normal salt which is formed by the neutralisation of a strong acid and weak base is called acidic salt.
  • Eg. FeCI₃ , ZnCl₂
  • Neutral salt - A normal salt which is by the neutralisation of an acid and a base but does not have any acidic or basic character is called Neutral salt.
  • Eg. NaCl, KCl
  • Basic salt - A normal salt which is formed by the neutralisation of a strong base and weak acid is called acidic salt.
  • Eg. CaCO₃ , NaOOCCH₃
