cons- same as rods but are sensitive of colours and human eye have three types of come red, green, yellow.

pupill-controlles iris which controls the amount of light entering our eyes...

Rods are used for monochrome vision in dim light whereas Cones are used for detection of colours

Iris is a thin structure which controls the size of pupil whereas Pupil prevents damages to eye from upcoming light by increasing it's size
