We know that,

The Chemical symbols are abbreviations used for chemical elements and functional groups

Element symbols for the Elements consist of one or two letters

The Rules are:

  • First letter of any Element should be in Upper Case
  • Seconds letter of any Element should be in Lower Case

For Example.

Hydrogen = H

Helium = He

Lithium = Li

Boron = B

Carbon = C

and much more Elements !

Additional Information:

Totally , 118 elements have been identified till date
