Vector quantities are those who is given with magnitude and direction. Eg. :Velocity, displacement,weight..
Scalar quantities are those who are given with only direction.. Eg. : Speed, mass..

For example - speed, mass, distance

Vector quantity - Any physical quantity which has magnitude as well as direction is called vector quantity.

For example - velocity, displacement, force.
