Ф Indirect elections are held for the President and Lok Sabha.

Ф The people's choice hence matters in the formation of the Government.

⇒ Protection of Rights

Ф There needs to exist a judicial system which will protect the rights of the people and give justice to the people.

Ф The judiciary will protect the rights of the people from the executive and legislative.

Ф The judiciary should be an independent body.

Ф There should be a law making body which will pass new bills and Laws.
