1) A burning aspiration...
2) A guiding mentor or a great mother and brother...
3) A fixed highest goal...( In the level of IIT,etc....)
4) A constant preparation for that goal..
5) A fixed TIMETABLE.....THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU MUST PLAN.
6) A guided study.....
