There are many e-books available for you to study English on your own.
the site: cbse.nic.in provides you many sample papers etc. on all subjects....Brainly is also a wonderful place to learn for students of all boards. As for grammar, you can use Wren and Martin and Oxford's "the grammar tree" and these are sufficient self learning materials for class 9th students, provided that students have the determination and do hardwork to score well.
