To understand the intent and entity of input  the branch of Natural Language Understanding is relevant

So the answer is Option B

It is the Branch of Natural Language Processing and is considered as an AI-hard problem

Generally it is done after text mining and has some predefined list of  intents that extracts the message  from designated contextual information.

It has applications in automated reasoning   question answering, news-gathering, text categorisation also.

somi173: Yes , The Option B is the right Option.
somi173: NLU(Natural Language Understanding) is an application that is used in TEXT Mining. Some other Analytical Methods are also used along with NLU in the process of Text Mining.

Series of steps performed to understand the intent and entity of input is usually referred to as  "Natural Level Understanding".

Short note on National Level Understanding:

(i) It is an AI language that uses computer software to recognize text.

(ii) It primarily focuses on machine reading comprehension.

(iii) It involves in mapping the given input in natural language into useful representations.

(iv) It can be applied to a lot of processes, such as categorizing text, gathering news, archiving individual pieces of text, and on a larger scale, analyzing content.

(v) The goal of an National Language Understanding system is to interpret an input text fragment.
