the banks helps the farmers who are in ruler areas by providing lone for there farms , the lone provided in the banks for the farmers are low interest . but most of the farmers will not prefer to go to banks , because the are uneducated and the can not follow any procedure in the bank, so the prefer for  land lords for there easy asses of money
